Your Questions Answered

When is the deadline to register?
The registration deadline is Thursday, May 21, 2026. Our farmer has reserved animals exclusively for us and must confirm the final count by this date. Please do not delay — we cannot guarantee availability after the deadline.
When will the Qurbani take place?
Slaughter will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 — the 10th of Dhul Hijjah (Eid al-Adha), inshaAllah. This is based on actual moonsighting for Dhul Hijjah 1447 AH. The Hilal is expected to be easily sighted on Sunday, May 17, making Eid on May 27 highly likely.
Do prices include slaughter and cutting fees?
Animal prices include the $65 slaughter fee. Cutting and packaging fees are separate: $35–$55 extra depending on cut type and animal size. Desi cuts and regular American cuts are both available.
What is a "Desi cut" for beef?
Desi-style beef is cut into approximately 4-inch cubes (bone-in, mixed cuts of the entire animal), then divided equally into 7 portions — one per shareholder. This is the traditional style preferred by many South Asian and Central Asian families.
Can I donate part of my Qurbani meat?
Yes! Islamically, one-third is recommended for family, one-third for neighbors/friends, and one-third for those in need. We encourage you to share with your community. Some meat may also be donated to the ISAK Eid Picnic on May 30.
How do I pay?
After submitting your registration form, our team will contact you to confirm your order and collect payment. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash. A deposit may be required to confirm your spot.
Can I request that some meat go to the ISAK Eid Picnic?
Yes — question 11 on the registration form asks whether you'd like some or all of your Qurbani meat provided to the ISAK Eid Picnic on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Simply indicate your preference when you register.
What if I can't pick up my meat?
Please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative pickup time or ask a family member to collect on your behalf. Meat must be collected promptly — we do not have long-term storage capacity.

Register Before May 21

80+ animals are reserved and waiting. Secure your Qurbani today — your family deserves fresh, zabiha halal meat slaughtered with your intention on Eid day.
